BUILDING
The five-storey brick apartment building was constructed in 1971 and contains 55 apartments.
The roof is covered with roll roofing material.
The intermediate floors, load-bearing and stiffening structures are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete.
Water supply and sewage are central. During renovation works, all risers in the building have been replaced, basements have been renovated, and new exterior doors with an intercom system have been installed.
