This house is situated at the end of a one way street in Tiskre which is one of the most appreciated waterfront areas around Tallinn and only complements the already beautiful property.

The pinewood plot (4000 m²) across the street from the main house was bought with an intent to preserve privacy and which is optionally sold with the property.

1st floor hallway, dressing room and bathroom have automatic light switching. All other switches in the house are designer made.
All windows and glass surfaces are covered with safety film to ensure the safety of children in case the glass breaks.

The classic home-style kitchen furniture and finishes in the kitchen use only high-quality materials and reliable home appliances - De Dietrich oven, integrated espresso machine, microwave and gas stove Ekotek. The major added value in the kitchen is a spacious pantry.

The spacious and open living room area is illuminated by tasteful lighting in the evenings and by sunshine and daylight during the day-time through the seven windows on the curved wall section.
The furnace with its transparent door adds cozyness and mood to the living room. The furnace is ordered from Finland and stacked on site by finnish potters.

The living room with an open dining room also provides access to the outdoor terrace. Behind the dining area there is a library/guest-room with a lighted aquarium. On the first floor there are also a guest toilet, spacious walk-in wardrobe, utility room, garage and technical rooms.

The second floor holds two medium-sized children’s rooms, a study and the master bedroom. One of the children's rooms, the master bedroom and the study all have private balconies.

Children's rooms are decorated considering both boys and girls needs and wishes. Both rooms have spacious closets for storage. Children's rooms are located next to a bathroom containing a massage shower and a toilet function.

The study is decorated with antique furniture and its balcony opens to the yard.

You can see the morning sunrise from the arched windows of the master bedroom. The bedroom has a terrace and a separate walk-through wardrobe with custom made closet furniture. The master bathroom can be accessed through the wardrobe and has a bath, a shower, a toilet, a urinal and a bidet.

The house is fitted with the economical geothermal heating system by Viessman, and water floor-heating system by Green Line.

The landscaping creates a beautiful ambience with a privacy of trees and the house is only a 600m walk away from the private beach.
